Purcell Lake Day 2025

The City of Purcell Parks & Recreation Department is proud to host our NEW event, Purcell Lake Day!

We are combining the best of our Walk the Trail Day and Touch-A Truck events into one big event!

This community event celebrates Purcell Lake, with its paved multi-use trails and beautiful lakeside activities, along with the sights and sounds of numerous types of vehicles.

This event is a coordinated effort between the City of Purcell, Parks & Recreation Department, the Heart of Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce, Purcell Outreach Committee, community businesses and organizations.

June 7th, 2025, is also the American Hiking Society's National Trails Day, National Play Outside Day, Butterfly Education Awareness Day, America the Beautiful Week, National Oklahoma Day, and the Oklahoma Free Fishing Weekend!
