Join us for a special 2-hour workshop that dives into the subtle body through the lens of the five prana vayus—the directional movements of prana, or life force energy, within the body. The word vayu means “wind,” reflecting the way energy moves and flows through us. These five currents—prana, apana, samana, udana, and vyana—govern specific physiological and energetic functions, helping us stay grounded, nourished, expressive, and connected.
Through a blend of yoga asana (postures), breathwork, guided meditation, and reflection, you’ll learn how to recognize and support these inner winds—enhancing vitality, clarity, and inner balance. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or simply curious about the energetic side of yoga, this workshop offers accessible tools to help you tune into your body’s natural rhythms and flow.
Come prepared to move, breathe, rest, and reconnect with the winds within. No experience necessary!
