Yoga Basics: Breathe, Move & Begin

Are you ready to begin a journey of health and wellness through yoga? Whether you’re completely new to the practice or looking to solidify your basic skills, this workshop is the perfect place to start. This session is designed to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone – even beginners - ensuring you feel welcomed and supported every step of the way.

This workshop is ideal for you if:

•You're curious about yoga but haven't attended your first class yet.
•You've recently started your yoga journey and are eager to learn more.
•You know some basics but feel nervous about stepping into more challenging classes.

Join us for a fun and empowering 3-hour session designed to introduce you to the core standing postures of yoga. In our time together, you will learn poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance at a pace that is comfortable and playful, set by your own intentions. You’ll learn the basics to begin your own yoga journey!

By the end of this workshop, you'll be well-prepared to participate in any Level 1 class at The Yoga Sanctuary and beyond. You’ll leave with a solid understanding of what to expect in a yoga class and equipped with the tools to confidently explore a variety of sessions. Open to all – no flexibility or experience required!
