Refund Policy

No Refund Policy – Terms & Conditions

1. All ticket purchases are final.
2. Once a ticket is booked, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred for any reason.
3. No refunds for no-show attendees.
4. If a customer fails to attend the event, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
5. No refunds due to change of mind or personal reasons.
6. This includes travel issues, health reasons, double booking, or any other personal circumstance.
7. Event timing and artist line-up may vary.
8. Minor changes in schedule, performers, or venue do not qualify for a refund.
9. Rescheduling policy (if applicable).
10. In case the organiser reschedules the event, tickets remain valid for the new date.
11. Refund is not applicable unless the event is fully cancelled by the organiser.
12. Event cancellation by organiser.
13. Only if the organiser cancels the event entirely, a refund option may be offered as per platform (e.g., BookMyShow) policies.
14. Technical or platform issues.
15. Payment gateway errors or platform issues are handled by the respective service provider and do not qualify as organiser liability.
16. Entry terms are strictly followed.
17. Anyone denied entry due to late arrival, misconduct, age restriction, or venue rules is not eligible for a refund.
18. Tickets are non-transferable.
19. Unless explicitly allowed, tickets cannot be moved to another person or another event.
20. By purchasing a ticket, the attendee agrees to all the above terms without exception.
