Vineyard Vinyasa

Begin your week with an energizing yoga class at the pavilion on Monday, August 11th . Lauren Shaw, yoga instructor, will guide you with an easeful flow from one pose to the next to get you started on a great path for your week. At the end of class, you'll enjoy a complimentary glass of wine with additional wine available for purchase.Dress comfortably (we recommend layers) and bring your own yoga mat. Class will start at 7:00pm, arrive a few minutes prior to set up and get comfortable. All levels and experiences are welcome. Grab a friend and spend your Monday evening with us!

Lauren earned her Kripalu certification in 1998 and also completed Ana Forrest Advanced Teacher Training in 2017 at Kripalu.
