Tradicionalna manifestacija MARČANSKO ŠUGO – 14. kolovoza u Marčani
GASTRO DRUŽENJE natjecateljskih ekipa i zabava uz Trio Istriano
Ovogodišnje izdanje Marčanskog šuga održat će se u četvrtak, 14. kolovoza na malonogometnom igralištu u Marčani.
Program kreće u 18 sati kuhanjem natjecateljskih šuga od divljači s palentom. Natjecanje u pripremanju šuga nadgledati će, kušati i na kraju ocijeniti stručni, tročlani žiri. Kulinarske ekipe koje će se nadmetati u pripremi najboljeg šuga su: Marčanske maškare, UHDDR ogranak Marčana, Veseli policajci, Ekipa Valtura i DVD Općine Marčana.
Osim kušanja natjecateljskih šuga u ponudi ugostitelja bit će i dodatni veliki lonac šuga s divljači koji će se posluživati s palentom i kruhom. Za zabavni dio programa, već od 19 sati pobrinuti će se grupa Trio Istriano. Proglašenje najboljeg šuga predviđa se u 21 sat.
This year's edition of Marčana šugo/ sauce will be held on Thursday, August 14th at the playground in Marčana.
The program starts at 6 pm with the cooking of competitive sauce with polenta. The sauce preparation competition will be supervised, tasted and finally evaluated by a three-member expert jury. The culinary teams that will compete in the preparation of the best scurvy are: Marčanske maškare, UHDDR Marčana, Veseli policijaci, Ekipa Valtura and DVD Municipality of Marčana.
In addition to tasting the competitive sauce, the caterers will also offer an additional large pot of sauce which will be served with polenta and bread. The entertainment part of the program will be provided by the Trio Istriano group from 7 pm. The announcement of the best sauce is scheduled for 9 pm.
