Lotus Rising Womb Healing & Activation

This workshop is designed for women seeking to reconnect with their inner power, creativity, and feminine healing energy.

Lotus Rising workshop is centered to one day per week, allowing integration and promoting self care. This supports a gradual transition through your journey.

We will begin with a cacao ceremony to open our hearts and foster a sense of community and connection. Through guided meditations, breath work, and gentle yoga poses, we will activate and harmonize the energy of the womb, initiating healing and empowerment.

We will also incorporate womb activation through energy work and the powerful incantation of goddesses that correlate with the womb, enhancing your connection to these ancient energies.

With the activation, there will be a special focus on releasing trauma, whether ancestral or current, allowing for deeper healing and transformation.

Whether you’re looking to promote your own healing, cultivate self-love, or simply find a deeper connection with yourself or womb, this workshop is for you. All levels are welcome.
