Meditation Monday

We welcome you to join us for this Meditation series!
Embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation led by reiki master, Melissa Murphy. This event offers a tranquil space where you can escape the stress of daily life and reconnect with your inner self. During this event, you will experience a combination of guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, and distance reiki healing to help you quiet the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of calm and connection. Each class is personalized to best benefit those in attendance as Missy will channel your guides to discover the best meditation for the group each week as well as incorporating your guides to help aid you in your healing experience during the meditation as well.
There is no experience needed and all are welcome so long as they are respectful to everyone in the space.
Please arrive at 7:45pm as doors will be closed and locked at 8pm.
**Please bring a blanket or yoga mat to lay on during this meditation as the floor in the event room is not comfortable**

This event has a suggested donation of $10+ but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
