Shorebird Walk

Fall brings a myriad of migrating shorebirds that take the opportunity to rest and refuel on park beaches. Join Ranger John and Ranger G at Race Point Beach to identify some of the usual suspects and learn basic birding skills. If time permits, we will caravan to West End Marsh.

Program lasts up to 2 hours, walking a mile in soft sand. Bring sunscreen, water, and your own binoculars (we will have a few on hand).
