The *Star Party* will be held on Friday, August 29 from 8 to 10 pm at the Marconi Beach Parking Lot in Wellfleet.
Astronomers, photographers, physicists, and park rangers will guide visitors in exploring the night sky using telescopes, binoculars, spotting scopes, and the naked eye. Whether you're an experienced stargazer or just curious, it’s a unique opportunity to enjoy our night sky!
If you're attending the Star Party, please dim your headlights as you arrive and follow ranger instructions for parking. Bring a flashlight and visit the orientation table to get red cellophane to help preserve night vision.
In case of bad weather, the rain date for the Star Party is Saturday, August 30. Check the park’s website or social media channels for updates closer to the event.
