Introduction to Water Bath Canning, July 12, 1-3

Find out how easy canning food can be! This class makes an in-season product. All ingredients, necessary equipment and jars are provided. We use safe canning recipes during a hands-on lesson. Each participant leaves with knowledge of the canning process and a jar of product. I teach USDA approved methods for water bath canning, using safe methods. Home preservation can be simple and safe with proper methods. Learn which foods can be safely preserved. Class will be hands-on, handouts/recipes included. $75/pp
