Enjoy guided tastings of premium McHenry whisky and gin as Bill shares the rich story behind his award-winning distillery, nestled on the slopes of Mount Arthur in Port Arthur. With spring-fed water, sea mist, and cool southern air shaping every drop, McHenry spirits are truly a taste of Tasmania.

This is Bill’s only in-house tasting in Meander Valley this winter — a must for whisky lovers, gin enthusiasts, beer lovers and anyone who enjoys a warm fire, great stories, and world-class spirits.
