A strong, resilient body begins with a solid foundation. This mat-based class blends mobility work, core and hip strengthening, and mindful movement inspired by yoga and Pilates. Through controlled, low-impact exercises, you’ll improve mobility, stability, and muscular endurance in a way that supports both daily life and long-term strength.

Fridays at 8:00 AM – starting August 1
Mondays at 4:30 PM – starting August 4
Wednesdays at 6:00 PM – starting August 6
Tuesdays at 8:00 AM – starting August 26
Classes are offered in 8-week sessions, one class per week for $120. Want to attend more than once a week? Simply reserve your spot in each session!
