🚦In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, yoga invites us to stop/be present in the moment and in the body …

Pratyahara we take the presence even deeper.
Pratyahara (prat-yā-hāra) is the fifth limb of yoga, often referred to as the “forgotten limb”…. it means “withdrawal” or “drawing inward.”
But not in a check-out, numb-out kind of way!
🌀 “Prati” means against or away
🌀 “Ahara” means what we take in—primarily through the senses
📌Pratyahara is the intentional withdrawal of the senses from the external world, not to escape, but to reclaim your energy, re-center your awareness, and listen deeply to the internal landscape.
💭 Think of it like spiritual noise-canceling😉
•If you’ve practiced with me for years (or over the years), we have periodically practiced this, sometimes including it as part of our Yin practice.
❤️🩹Here in the womb of the Den, you will be lovingly held as we tune out the physical sight and engage deeply with breath and slow, restorative movement.
We will be flowing seamlessly with breath, sound and smoke…
With our eyes gently closed, we will be tuning out…to tune in deeply.
❤️🩹This bridge is where you begin to witness rather than react.
👁️Where your intuition can rise without all the static…..
