Blue Christmas

The holidays are often portrayed as a time of joy, celebration, and togetherness. For some, however, this time of year can be challenging. Grief and loss can feel heavier during a season filled with expectations of happiness and cheer. Recognizing this, Landmark First Church of God will host a Blue Christmas service for our community to offer comfort, solace and support to those struggling through the holidays.
Those attending the Blue Christmas service will find a safe, compassionate space where individuals and families can openly acknowledge their grief and find healing. Unlike traditional holiday gatherings focused on celebration, this service honors the reality that not everyone feels joyous during this time. Instead, it offers a time for reflection and connection, helping attendees navigate their emotions, and find solace in the presence of others who understand their journey.

Take the Willowbrook Road turn-off on RT460 in Princeton, WV (1st right after light at Ramey dealerships coming East or 1st left after light at Mt. Horeb/Ingelside Road coming West). Go 1/2 mile then left on Sackett Road. Follow the signs to the top of the hill.
