Join Sommelier John Carnahan on a wine and food matchmaking journey. Rediscover the core tastes (salty, sweet, bitter, etc.) and how to identify them and then explore how they impact (and can elevate) the food and wine pairing experience.
You'll enjoy 6 different wines, each with small bites to bring the tasting concepts to life. Prepare to learn and share your insights with fellow wine enthusiasts.
The small group interactive workshop, hosted by The Cellar Sisters (Angie Jewell & MJ Macdonald) will be held in the lounge at Decanter PEC. You'll have an opportunity to purchase wines after the tasting.
