There is a strong relationship between the health and wellbeing of individuals within an organisation and its productivity and performance. Understanding the health status of your employees is an important consideration for targeted intervention whether this is at organisational level or individual bespoke health plans. The Wellness Centre and Frontier Centre at the University of Central Lancashire provides a broad, holistic and expert portfolio of assessments and interventions to help meet health, wellbeing and performance challenges within your organisation. The session will explore some of the many challenges currently faced by employers and the possible solutions available.

This event will be held during our Research and Knowledge Exchange Showcase 2025 which is taking place on the 7th and 8th of May.

The Research and Knowledge Exchange Showcase aims to empower our community with knowledge and skills that can shape the future, attendees will have the opportunity to attend workshops and training sessions, learn about innovation and growth, discover our state-of-the-art facilities and more!

The Showcase is open to everyone. Some sessions are for our staff and students, as well as external organisations and stakeholders.
