Beginning your Reiki journey or wish to refresh? This workshop is the perfect stepping stone.
Uncover how to work with energy starting with self love.
During this workshop you will learn about the origins of Reiki and understand the practice of self healing and mindfulness.
The course provides wellbeing awareness and the option to progress in this field should you so wish.
A light vegetarian lunch will be provided or you can bring your own.

Cost: £180 per person for Reiki 1 attunement.
Hardcopy manual can be purchased for £20.
Cost: £180 for students wishing to refresh.
