Blue Flamingo at the MET Tent

Join us for an afternoon of friendship, food & fun! On Tuesday 15th July, we'll be hosting our Drum & Sing session at the MET tent instead of our usual location. The MET tent is a purpose-built events marquee which travels to different locations each year which host a variety of events for the local community.

The public are welcome to join us for a light buffet lunch and a chance to explore different percussion instruments in our drum circle, which will be followed by a sing-along, led by Jon Aveyard.

Blue Flamingo is an inclusive community group who bring people together to socialise in a safe, friendly and familiar setting. Through cafe-style sessions, we provide opportunities for people to connect through creative activities, music and singing. We specialise in supporting those living with dementia and their carers by linking them with professional health and social care services.
