Ladies our next Infinite Women sessions in the Preston/Ingol/Ashton areas for July will be focussing on Acupressure and this first one is at The Intact Centre, in Ingol on Tuesday 22nd July from 10:30am to 12:30pm ALL LADIES WELCOME!
We will look at the various different ways that Acupressure can help us and things that we can do to help ourselves.
Acupressure has several benefits including:

Acupressure can help alleviate menstrual cramps, bloating, and other symptoms.

Our sessions cost just £10 for an hour with the guest speaker, refreshments and time for socialising.
