Wine Down Wednesday (last Wednesday of every month)
Wine Down Wednesday is a special meditative class combining gentle Yoga stretches to release physical tension, intentional breathing to relax the parasympathetic nervous system, mindful sips to relax & enjoy the art of wine, movement & connection to self.

Two glasses of red or white wine is included, mocktails available for those who refrain from alcohol.

You will leave feeling at peace, relaxed, refreshed & rejuvenated.
