Restorative & Yoga Nidra Workshop

Join Veronica R. for this special workshop to relax your body, mind and soul. Class begins with a restorative yoga practice to encourage the release of tension. Participants will surrender into the support of the ground, pillows, blankets and blocks to feel truly nurtured as they fall deeper into relaxation. Veronica will then guide participants through yoga nidra, a potent guided meditation practice. This method, also known as “yogic sleep,” can gently lead you through a doorway to your own higher consciousness. Cost is $45 per student, and you can pre-register at the front desk or under the "Workshops" tab on our app. See you there!
