Set up in Chamber Yard beginning 8:00am
Turn in time for chili judging – 12:00 p.m.

Chili sampling kits - $5
Come on down and sample all the chili until it’s gone!

Don't be afraid to try your hand at cooking the best chili in the state! ANYONE can join in on the fun! You will need a copy of CASI rules and guidelines. I'll try to post a copy of them here.

The top three Arkansas cooks automatically qualify to compete in the Terlingua International Chili Championship (The championship of the world of chili cooking)
