4. Must be registered by Dec. 8th to be included in announcements and Trophy competition
5. Late registrants and those not registered will be placed at back of parade and not eligible for judging or trophies or announcements. NO EXCEPTIONS THIS YEAR!
6. REMEMBER TO GO SLOW IF YOU'RE IN THE PARADE. WALKING SPEED PLEASE!
7. $10 Donation per float is very much appreciated! As a Non-Profit, it allows us to continue our free community events!
