3v3 format specific rules:
- Deck Building
All Decks must follow the Forbidden/Limited List effective as of Nov 8, 2025, and consist only of cards available on that date.
Each player can use up to two Decks and can choose which of the two to use for each match. (Six Decks per team in total.) - There can be at most three copies of each card across all of each team's Decks. If a card is Limited or Semi-Limited, only one or two copies respectively can be included across all of each team's Decks.
For Example:
- If 1 Deck contains 2 copies of Blue-Eyes White Dragon, there can be at most 1 other copy across the other Decks.
- If 1 Deck contains 3 copies of Red-Eyes Black Dragon, none of the other Decks can contain a copy.
- If 1 Deck contains 1 copy of Called by the Grave, a Semi-Limited card, there can be at most 1 other copy across the other Decks.
- If 1 Deck contains 1 copy of Crossout Designator, a Limited card, none of the other Decks can contain a copy.
- Match Format
A match between two teams is called a "round." A round consists of three 1v1 matches as each player on a team plays against a player from the opposing team.
At the beginning of the round, each team puts forward one of their players simultaneously, for which the opposing team chooses an opponent.
The final players from each team then play as the third match.
The winner of a round is the team that won the most matches. If the number of matches won is tied (i.e. a draw, and a win for each team), the match is a draw.
There will be three rounds of swiss, each individual match will be best of three, with an hour per round.
Prizing:
All players receive a minimum of 2 boosters, with an extra pack for each player on a team for each round win!
We'll have additional giveaways (including a Yu-Gi-Oh! exclusive Playmat) across the day!
