About the event

Stories of My Line: An Evening of Ancestral Remembering Through Storytelling, Music & Poetry
There are stories we inherit, and stories that awaken within us if we’re quiet enough to listen.

November 9th, a story will be told.

A story that lives between the lines of the written word.
A story that will take you on a journey to trace the ancient knowings moving in the minerals of our bones.
A story that conjures memory of the long line of those who have come before us.

Stories of My Line is our story, the story of the ancestresses of our lineage, but most importantly it is Her Story.

Join us for an evening of story, song, and soul-remembrance. This gathering invites you to trace the echoes of the women of the Hebrew Bible who walked before you. Through story, poetry, music and deep soul speak, we will journey into the marrow of lineage, belonging, and the mythic feminine.

This is not performance. This is invocation.
This is not history. This is Herstory, arriving through you.

Come if your bones remember.
Come if you feel Her stirring.
Come, and be received.

Why Stories Matter:

In times of forgetting, stories help us remember and heal.

They remind us who we are, where we come from, and what it means to be woven into a lineage—not only of blood, but of soul.

Stories carry the dreams of our ancestors and the wisdom of lives already lived. They are not distractions or entertainment, but invitations and instructions: to feel, to listen, to imagine and to learn.

A true story doesn’t just tell you something—it stirs something. It interrupts the noise of the mind and tends to the quiet longing beneath it. It softens the isolation of self and rekindles the embers of kinship. In the act of listening, we become a village again. We remember how to sit in the dark and let something ancient rise in us.

To hear a story is to be entrusted with a kind of medicine.
To speak a story is to risk being seen.
Between the telling and the hearing, a sacred exchange occurs.
