💀 Art Against Agony [progressive jazz-metal] ☆ [DE]
Art Against Agony je umělecký kolektiv, který začal v roce 2012 jako instrumentální progresivní metalová/jazzová kapela v německém Stuttgartu. Kromě experimentální hudební tvorby se projekt postupně zaměřil také na foto a video umění a performance art – například účast na experimentálních uměleckých výstavách (Tübingen, Německo, 2013), tvorbu video série „random-art“ na YouTube nebo fotografickou sérii „ars-gratia-artis“ zveřejněnou online.
Všichni členové projektu nosí masky, které zakrývají jejich tváře, protože filozofie Art Against Agony považuje jakékoli zaměření na fyzické rysy za nedůležité pro samotnou tvorbu umění. Proto všichni používají pseudonymy místo svých jmen, masky k zakrytí obličejů a kostýmy k zakrytí těl.

💀 TÖRZS [instrumental post-rock] ☆ [HU]
TÖRZS je největší instrumentální post-rocková kapela z Maďarska. Poslední album TÖRZS nahráli v jeskyni zapsané na seznamu světového dědictví UNESCO, 500 metrů pod zemí.
Jejich nové album Menedék vychází 16. května u vydavatelství Pelagic Records (GER).
Jejich živá vystoupení mají inspirovat k sebereflexi – jsou cestou dovnitř, do nitra. Na pódiu stojí čelem k sobě, aby vytvořili intimnější atmosféru. Nehrají show, prostě jen tvoří hudbu. Jejich publikum často poslouchá se zavřenýma očima.

Nuummite je tříčlenná instrumentální formace ovlivněná post-rockem, black metalem a psychedelií. Ze zmíněných ingrediencí míchá lektvar mnoha chutí a barev, melancholické pasáže střídá se zběsilými erupcemi a chytlavé riffy kombinuje s paradoxními hudebními prvky.

Art Against Agony is an artist collective that started first as an instrumental progressive metal/jazz band in 2012 in Stuttgart, Germany. Besides its experimental musical endeavours, the project has since focused also on photographic and videographic art as well as performance art, such as taking part in experimental art exhibitions (2013 Tübingen, Germany), producing its ‚random-art‘ video series on Youtube or its ‚ars-gratia-artis‘ photo series online.
All members of the project wear masks to cover their faces, because the philosophy of Art Against Agony considers every focus on bodily features as insignificant regarding to the creation of art within the project. Therefore, all members use pseudonyms to cover their names, masks to cover their faces, and costumes to cover their bodies.

TÖRZS is the biggest instrumental post-rock band in Hungary. Their last album was recorded at a UNESCO World Heritage cave 500 meters below ground. Their upcoming album “Menedék” is going to be released on May 16 by Pelagic Records (GER).
Their live shows are meant to inspire self-reflection, a trip within. They face each other on stage to create a more intimate atmosphere. Not performing, but simply creating music. Their audience tends to listen to the band with their eyes closed.
