MepMep je mezinárodní improvizační trio, které vytváří melodické i abstraktní formy z nespoutaného a energického proudu vědomí. Díky odlišnému původu a přístupu jednotlivých členů se různorodé hudební materiály spontánně kombinují, vrství a dále rozvíjejí. Výsledkem jsou jedinečné zvukové události, které se mohou přetvářet až do fyzického pohybu – formovaného specifickým způsobem naslouchání, hraní a společného prožívání všech tří hudebníků.

MepMep is an international free improvising trio that builds its melodic and abstract forms from an unleashed and energetic stream of consciousness. Coming from different angles and places, the diverse materials are spontaneously combined, structured in layers, and developed further. As a consequence, distinctive sound events evolve and possibly merge into physical movements, shaped by the unique listening, playing, and social experiences of the three members of the band.
