🔥 Typical day - Training Program:
1️⃣st ICE session — 1.25 hours
2️⃣nd ICE session — 1 hour
3️⃣rd ice session — 1 hour (Tournament with prizes to refine skills in real-game situations)
Daily Off-Ice training

Multiple age groups based on player skills
🏒 On-ICE training: 20-25 players and 5 coaches (1 coach per 5 players)
