Díky své hudbě, která vytváří most mezi tavícím kotlíkem Blízkého východu a Milesem Davisem, Johnem Coltranem a dalšími, se Itamar Borochov v roce 2021 stal držitelem prestižního ocenění Letter One Rising Stars Jazz Award, kterou obdržel z rukou Dee Dee Bridgewater. Izrael je jazzovou velmocí, což už řadu let potvrzuje Avishai Cohen i další osobnosti. Trumpetista Itamar Borochov čerpá podobně jako Cohen z geograficky pestrého odkazu svých předků a stejně jako on dokázal svůj talent plně rozvinout v tvrdé konkurenci newyorské hudební scény.

With his music forming a bridge between the Middle East and Miles Davis, John Coltrane and others, Itamar Borochov is the recipient of the prestigious Letter One Rising Stars Jazz Award, presented by Dee Dee Bridgewater in 2021. Israel is a jazz superpower, as Avishai Cohen and other greats have confirmed for many years. Trumpeter Itamar Borochov, like Cohen, draws on the geographically diverse heritage of his ancestors and, like him, has been able to fully develop his talents in the fiercely competitive New York music scene.
