The workshop will be taught in English.

Day 1 and Day 2 will start at 2 pm and end at 6 pm.

Day 1:
Delve deep into handstands and flexibility for intermediates with international coach Elia „The Flexibility Guy!” Learn basic handstand techniques and how to advance your practice to achieve difficult tricks and shapes and how to work on your one-arm-handstand too!

Day 2:
Discover the best flexibility exercises you can do to enhance your flexibility level and take it to the next level with modern as well as traditional methods. Elia is a 5-star author who’s been teaching around the world for the past 5 years, encountering hundreds of practitioners!
