Therapeutic Yoga Summer Series 1 - Thursdays (3) in July

Summer is the time of outdoor activities and fun. Yoga offers opportunities to bring balance into your life. These short summer series offer a perfect opportunity for balancing self-care. The series will include elements of back care, balance, gentle strength and healthy aging including joint mobility. Each class will incorporate breath awareness and guided relaxations at the beginning and end to ease you back to your summer life. The focus will be adapted to the needs and goals of the participants.
