We’re opening our doors for a special Wellness Open House at Rise Lagree—and you’re invited!

Come experience the vibe, community, and calm behind our signature wellness approach. Whether you’re new to Rise or already part of the family, this event is all about helping you connect to your movement, your breath, and your best self.

While we’re still eagerly awaiting the arrival of our Megaformer Pros, this is your chance to tour the space, meet the team, and get a feel for what makes Rise so unique. We’ll have a Microformer on site for those curious about the Lagree Method, but this event is all about wellness, connection, and community.
