Desert Hike to Maidenhair Falls & Borrego Springs Sculptures

Okay, it's a nice enough weather in the desert, but I still need an easy hike for my knee, so I think this is the best option for me...

The current plan is...

1 - 7:30am - Leave the park & ride to drive 90 mins to Hellhole Canyon Trailhead.
2 - ~9:00am - Hike 5 miles & 900ft of elevation gain to go see Maidenhair Falls - https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/california/maidenhair-falls-via-hellhole-canyon-trail
3 - ~12:15pm - Get some lunch to go and start driving around the sculptures (eat in cars/at sculptures?)...
4 - ~2:00pm - Start heading back to the park and ride
5 - ~3:30pm - Return to Park and ride?
