CHURCH HOLDS BACK TO SCHOOL CLOTHING DRIVE

Rancho Bernardo Community Presbyterian Church (RBCPC) is sponsoring a Back-to-School Drive-Thru Clothing drive on Saturday, August 16th from 9:00-11:00am only. We are collecting new clothing for elementary-aged children. Every child should start school with at least one new outfit. Please consider helping us by purchasing a pair of shorts or slacks/jeans and a T-shirt or top that matches for children in kindergarten through 5th grade sizes 5-10. We know that middle school and high school age children need new outfits too, but they usually like to pick out their own clothing. If you would prefer buying for this age group consider buying jeans or leggings for girls and basketball shorts or jeans for boys sizes 10-18. Plain colored t-shirts or tops would be recommended. Donations will be given to children and youth served by: PUSD Youth in Transition, Serving the Enlisted Project (STEP), Solutions for Change, New Day Urban Ministries, and San Diego Rescue Mission.
