Join us for a signature full-body Lagree class led by our expert instructors. This 45-minute class will deliver everything you’ve heard about the Lagree Method: slow, controlled movements, deep muscle activation, and that signature shake. Perfect for all levels, especially beginners curious about what makes this workout so effective.
✨ Class will take place on Microformers—smaller versions of the Megaformers that will be in our full studio when we launch. It's the perfect way to get a feel for the method before we open our doors.
