Basic Emergency Preparedness

This is a free public safety workshop offered by the Poway Fire Department. Participants are asked to register in advance online. A link is available at poway.org/communityeducation.

Empower yourself to take meaningful action before, during, and after a challenging event. Learn what steps to take to be better prepared for emergencies including what supplies to gather, what to include in your family’s emergency plan, and how to get information during an emergency.

All participants will receive a free preparedness guide and an emergency blanket.
