Join Jennifer of Forest & Farm for a hands-on, group-based Workshop, where we’ll dive into the fizzy, fermented world of brewing Kombucha!
Participants will learn the step-by-step process of making their own Kombucha at home, explore how to flavour and bottle it, and receive guidance on how to care for a healthy SCOBY.
Everyone will go home with their own starter SCOBY, a take-home info sheet, and the confidence to keep brewing. We’ll enjoy samples of flavoured Kombucha on-site, and a light lunch will be provided.
Participants are invited to stick around toward the end of our time together for more Q&A and discussion.
Refreshments will be provided.
