Join Gateway Martial Arts for another year of karate training at 250 Clark, starting Wednesday September 4. Classes are on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons. $85/month. You get two weekly classes. If you miss a Powassan class, you can go to the dojo in North Bay on Lakeshore Drive do take a make up class. The 4pm and 1pm classes are for kids 4-7 years of age. The 5pm and 2pm classes are for anyone 8 years and older, including adults! Karate teaches HUGE life skills and provides great fitness training. It provides confidence in kids and helps them learn to focus and concentrate. Plus, it burns off SO much energy. A wise investment in your child's future.
