If you’ve ever been curious about the chakra system and would like a better understanding of how your own chakras are functioning, how they influence our daily lives & relationships, with some tips on how to bring them into balance, this workshop is for you. The first time we ran this event, it was so beautiful and it’s back by popular demand.

With the lovely Rose, we will be looking into the 7 chakras - root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown. We will explore how certain life events can affect the chakras, either creating deficiencies or excesses and we can ask ourselves questions specific to each chakra, to help us get an understanding of how each one is functioning. Then what may have affected it and how to nurture it back into harmony.

This workshop will include an introductory talk and journaling session for each chakra, then an incredible yoga flow showing you what movements can help release stagnant energy in the body, helping you to balance the chakra system. Finished with a soul nourishing meditation.
