We will practice deep listening to the self.
Dream Gathering: Learn gentle, non-linear ways to recall and record dreams, even if you rarely remember them. Explore ways to look and listen deeply.
Symbol Mapping: Use visual tools and guided prompts to identify recurring symbols, characters, and landscapes in your dream life and intuition,.
Creative Practice: Through drawing and writing, we’ll translate dream fragments into expressive works of art—no experience required.
