Paper Quilling Workshop

Local artist Marky Barto will host a paper quilling workshop at the Schuylkill County Historical Society as part of the SCHS Keystone Arts Collective exhibition month. Participants will learn basic paper quilling techniques and create a unique paper quilled ornament to take home. Perfect for beginners!
