Community Conversation at CHDC
Make Your Voice Heard! Join the Montgomery County Department of Health & Human Services and CHDC for a Community Conversation. Share what matters to you and help shape future public health programs with your feedback.

CHDC patients and community members are invited to join us on Wednesday, July 2nd, from 4:00PM - 5:30PM at our Shoppes at Coventry location for a Community Conversation. Participants will have the opportunity to share feedback about what you want to see in their community. This event is free to attend and pizza will be provided.
