Yoga Nidra with live cello and piano and sound healing with aromatherapy.

Join psychotherapist and cellist Alisa Woods-Darie and piano improvisationist Kat Wilcox for an evening of Reiki, meditation, live music, and Cello sound healing.

We will open the event with a musical soundscape of piano and cello, during which the Yoga Nidra guided meditation will be presented.

Once you are settled in, feeling peaceful and grounded, the event will transition smoothly to cello sound healing. Similar to a sound bath, this healing technique uses specific frequencies of sound to release tension in the mind and body and facilitate the body’s own restorative processes.

This is a donation-based event with a suggested donation of $20-$25 or what you are able to afford. Free to those with financial hardship, no questions asked.

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. You may also sit in a chair and view this as a performance if you like. Feel free to bring your own mats, pillows and/or blankets if you would like!
