Singing Bowl Sound Bath

Join us for a special bowl-based sound bath using 13 singing bowls—2 crystal and 11 metal—carefully selected for their deep resonance and soothing tones.

We’ll begin with a brief reflection and a guided meditation, followed by a restorative sound journey using the full set of bowls. The session is designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

Mats, bolsters, and blankets are available, or feel free to bring your own. Chairs are also available, and you are welcome to move or stretch during the sound bath if that feels right to you.
