Yoga Nidra with guitar, cello and chant sound healing

Relax, unwind, and reconnect at this special sound healing event. We’ll begin with a deeply restorative yoga nidra, led by Alisa Woods and accompanied by the soothing guitar of Benjamin Mambou. From there, drift into the calming rhythms of ocean drums and an evocative cello-guitar duet.

The journey continues with a meditative cello sound bath, enhanced by gentle chanting. Let the music guide you—whether you're lying down, seated comfortably, or expressing yourself through interpretive dance.

Mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Chairs will also be available for those who wish to sit.
