Dance & Drum Circle

Ecstatic Dance invites you to an experience of free dance, moving meditation, creative exploration and self-expression,
and joy in community, to the sounds of a wide range of non-lyrical music.

In this special session we will invite drums into the space.
Feel free to bring your own or just come to dance and enjoy drumming by friends in the circle.
We will hold a non-verbal, barefoot, safe space, where you are free to dance, move, or be still, as you feel.

Wear comfortable, creative clothes, and bring water.
