Geneva Day School Fall Festival 2025

Welcome to the 2025 Geneva Day School's Fall Festival!

Early Bird Tickets: $10 for kids ages 2 - 13 (All adults, kids under age 2 and over age 13 are free!)

Tickets at door: $20 cash or Venmo

When: Saturday, October 18th from 2 - 5PM (*Rain Date will be October 25th same time)

What: The annual Fall Festival celebrating Geneva Day School and its families is back! We invite all families to join (even those who do not currently attend Geneva Day School), the more the merrier! We will have many family-friendly fall activities including:

• A Bake Sale
• Face Painting
• Pony Rides
• Inflatables Fun
• Food Vendors (Thank you Kona Ice and Flame & Cones)
• and MORE!

This year’s Fall Festival at Geneva Day School is extra special as we celebrate 60 wonderful years of a lifelong love of learning, laughter, and community! Let’s make this Fall Festival one to remember. We can’t wait to celebrate 60 years of Geneva Day School with you!

SPONSORS: We also have sponsorships available to maximize the fundraising dollars of this event. Sponsors will receive logo branding on the event site, verbal announcement during the event, and a branded sign at their table. If a Sponsor wants a table at the event they are more than welcome to (please purchase a sponsor ticket). Sponsors can be businesses and/or Geneva Families/Parents. (Please note: All logos and branding materials must be received by 10/1/25 to account for production times and ensure branding on site at the fall festival).

VOLUNTEERS: We need LOTS of Volunteers to help the event run smoothly. Including:

• Student Volunteers: Student Service Learning Volunteers can earn hours for their help during the event. Student volunteers will have two hour shifts and rotate activities every 60 minutes.
• Face Painting Volunteers: Specific volunteers who would like to assist with face painting only.
• Parent Volunteers: We have some pretty simple jobs that only require 60-minute time commitments.
• Bake Sale Volunteers: We need bakers for our bake sale! For all volunteer opportunities - please reach out to fall festival chair and volunteer coordinator Glenda after registering: Z2xlbmRhICEgZnUgfCBnbWFpbCAhIGNvbQ==. All student, face-painting, and parent volunteers can sign up by choosing the appropriate ticket.

PARKING: Since the parking lot will be full of the festivities, we would like to ask Geneva Day School families to please park respectfully in the neighborhood. And as always park considerately and do not park in or block our neighbors' driveways.

Cash or Venmo: While children's admission tickets cover all the activities, you'll want to be sure to bring cash or use Venmo for the Bake sale. Card is accepted for food trucks.
