During the demonstration, Ian will show you how to create delicious Italian dishes that are simple enough to recreate at home — ideal for impressing friends or just treating yourself.

After the demonstration, you'll sit down to enjoy a 3-course meal, packed with fresh flavours and inspired by Ian’s love for Italian cuisine.
