Join me at Portrush East Strand for an evening of holistic well-being remembering a beautiful little boy who brought so much fun, joy and love to everyone he met. Remembering little Tony Fitzpatrick who was just 9 when he passed away on 26th September last year from a glioblastoma brain tumour. I was so blessed to know Tony and know that he touched the hearts of so many in Mid Ulster and beyond and is missed beyond words by his beautiful family and everyone who knew him. I do know he is still here everyday walking with his loved ones🩵✨️
All funds raised will be going to Macmillan Cancer Care who I am fundraising for doing Hyrox Dublin in November with my friend Theresa ❤️✨️
We will spend the evening connecting with ourselves and others through some mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, sound bath, a sea dip which is optional, you can just dip your toes and watch! Finished off around the fire with chats, craic and marshmallows
So looking forward to meeting you all and having a powerful evening of releasing, healing and connection. Getting you aligned and ready to take on a new day with a deeper sense of positive mental and emotional health and well-being.
If you could bring a yoga/exercise mat, towel or camping chair to sit on lay on, an optional blanket, cushion/pillow and lots of cosy warm gear including hats and towels for after your dip.
Bring some warm drinks and snacks to chill and connect after.
